1) collect data

Data will inform our work together, and so we’ll start by collecting data about your organization. Specifically, we’ll look at:

  • Needs

  • Worries

  • Strengths and Successes

  • Excitements and Opportunities

2) identify goals

After we’ve collected data, we will identify 2-3 goals for your organization, based on insights from our data collection. These goals will be:

  • Specific

  • Observable

  • Realistic

  • Time-Bound

3) begin the work

Every organization is different, so I look forward to building a plan that is personalized to your organization’s needs—but here’s what I have in mind:
